or ? Leafy greens! I was a bit confused when I saw this because I'm so used to seeing flowers or cactus, etc in large cement planters in front of museums, not vegetables that you could find in your local grocery store. Kudos to the Hirshhorn Museum for their use of veggies in their outdoor planters!
