With being indoors so much working, it is easy to overwork yourself and feel burnt out. One way to help is by incorporating selfcare practices into your routine. It can be as simple as stretching, going for a walk or to your favorite outdoor workout class.🏖 When I’m lacking motivation, I like to set a goal and reward myself by doing something I enjoy AFTER I’ve completed what I needed to do. One of my favorite selfcare practices that I like to treat myself to & share with others is outdoor beach yoga. Such a fun beach day with @missdanimathers
